A dry morning, but there was a cold wind. I started at around 7.15. Start times are getting later now as the mornings are dark.
I ran to Lode Mill an back (4.3 miles) in 40'55". This is still quite a bit below my target time. The ground was fairly muddy in places, particularly at the start of the trees at Angelsey Abbey. A Buzzard was seen in Station Road, Quy.
On the whole a confortable run apart from the wind in my ears.
