A quicker parkrun today in a time of 22'08", but still quite a bit off my best.

A Hobby and a Tern flew over whilst I was waiting at the start.

Another 10.5 mile run to Swaffham Bulbeck.  No time for today due to stopwatch failure.

Along Swaffham Bulbeck Lode a Hobby flew over, heading south,  possibly migrating buy may just have been part of its daily hunting routine.
